About the session

In this workshop Gaurav and Rakesh will share challenges innovation leaders face while designing and building innovation culture and how companies like Bayer, ING, Unilever overcome these.

They will collect challenges from the group, prioritise them and help create solutions. They will also tackle the topic of building a personal brand inside and outside the company - as top charismatic innovation transformational leader

You will also get a 40-page report created after 50 interviews and 500 survey responses from product and innovation leaders from Google, Bayer, Amazon, Adidas, GE, Disney, GE Healthcare, Roche, Optum, Intuit, 7-Eleven and 20 more. This report will tell you about the top challenges in innovating within these company and how leaders solve them to build their own authority.

About the speaker

Gaurav is a MD at Lean Apps. He has mentored 100+ product and innovation leaders in healthcare, retail, fintech domain on Lean Startup, Design Thinking and Idea Validation. He is an angel investor in 3 startups with an evaluation of 20M€. He is one of the mentors at The Mentorship Club, the biggest non-profit mentoring club in the world. 15k product and innovation leaders follow him on LinkedIn to read his content on Lean Startup, experimentation, innovation culture. He is also a writer of an upcoming book “How to build a 100M$ innovation department in your company in just 60 months?”

Rakesh is one of the top facilitators in Europe for innovation and culture. He is famously known as Sprint Doctor. He is a doctor who helps fix company cultures, get 100% buy-in from top management, fix alignment issues with key stakeholders, and helps unlock budgets for your innovation mission.
