About the session

We have a successful digital and data team, but when we want to build a platform or business model on top of that it simply doesn't fly.

We already have enough projects; we do not need any more.

Understanding that your company has different options for achieving innovation is the first step toward creating a healthy innovation ecosystem. In this workshop, we will look at how to identify the different types and goals of innovation, and discuss the various options for managing and governing innovation for a healthy 'innovation mix' to match your company's vision and ambitions.
