About the session
As Schiphol Group's Innovation Hub we build multi-partner consortia with common impact goals (dot on the horizon) in order to make the organization and industry future-ready.
During the discussion we touch upon the key challenges we as a team face and the way we are positioned within the organization. Also we will discuss how that changed over time in order to stay relevant and add concrete value during challenging times such as 2021 and 2022 when aviation was under serious pressure.
About the speaker
Jan Zekveld is Industrial Designer by training, who quickly found his way into (""H2 & H3"") innovation projects. First as a User Researcher and later as 'Innovation Lead' (Product Manager). Currently Schiphol Group's Head of Innovation.
The Innovation Hub speerheads the transformative and disruptive types of innovation within Schiphol Group. As Head of Innovation his role is to shape, frame & position their Innovation Hub's efforts. Their team's aim is to move the organization forward and they do so by focusing on innovation domains that together improve the Quality of Work for the airport community.
Within TNW Arno started its advisory arm as a one-man-show seven years ago and built it into a 30 people corporate innovation ecosystem advisory. Today the team has worked on 250+ innovation projects all over the world. You can wake him up in the middle of the night to strategize on how to build innovation partnerships that scale.
