On the surface, it looks like it took Chris Chapman and Sura Al-Naimi quite some time to launch several new products at Disney. They knew the only way to be successful, was to engage all relevant stakeholders in the process- sacrificing speed for results. You’ll hear how they did it.


At The Home Depot, Katherine Faulder is responsible for leading a team of product managers that build selling and order management software for more than 2,000 stores across the U.S. and Canada. Yet her most important work is to change her company’s culture to embrace experimentation- and she’ll share the ups and downs of the journey so far.


Anthony Okoro was hired from Ebay to boost EY’s innovation culture. Rather than starting with tools and technology, they decided to focus on the people. In a multinational firm that actually consists of dozens of smaller firms, without real hierarchy, he found there’s only one key weapon in the innovator’s arsenal: influence. He’ll discuss why.
