Leading the portfolio and performance team within Strategy & Innovation Operations to track and measure performance across the group's diverse innovation activities. Providing real time interactive dashboard reporting directly to the senior innovation leadership team and the E.ON SE board, highlighting impact and return on innovation investment.

In her previous role of CMC Technology & Innovation lead, Alessandra designed and implemented a project-based approach and governance to manage innovation initiatives in CMC development. She was responsible for Innovation portfolios in the field of Process Analytical Technology, biomanufacturing of the future, miniaturization and sustainability. Currently transitioning into the role of Head of Innovation Processes & Group Portfolio Management to create and manage a portfolio of value-generating innovation projects across the three Merck sectors (Healthcare, Electronics and Life Science).
