About the session

Companies struggle to close the gap between strategy and execution, resulting in lost opportunities and failure. In today's business climate, bridging this gap can be a powerful tool for success.

This workshop will teach you how to make innovation strategy a reality. By examining a case study and doing hands-on activities, you will learn how to craft strategic opportunities and leverage them for a competitive edge. The four fundamental principles of successful innovation – vision, mindset, process, and skills – will be discussed in-depth.

Our expert facilitators will guide you through the process, sharing their experiences and insights. At the end of the workshop, you'll have a set of powerful tools and techniques to help you take your company's innovation strategy to the next level.
