About the session

My innovation journey at Experian started with a wide-scale rollout of a holistic, three-pillar innovation system to all regions and business units. It was a fantastic experience travelling around the globe delivering innovation “bootcamps,” but once the travelling stopped, I began reflecting around how big of a difference we made. In our subsequent time training, coaching, and mentoring teams and leaders through the system, we found the common approach invaluable in highlighting the biggest barriers to innovation being faced by teams on the ground. I’ll share a bit of this story with the audience, as well as some of the successes teams have had navigating around these barriers. Key takeaways: - Common barriers to innovation to look out for - A few ideas for how to overcome these barriers
