Idea management is dead. Employee-driven Innovation should not be an idea submission beauty contest. And then what? It is all about execution. What innovation managers need today is an innovation ecosystem that enables every employee to take an active role in the company's innovation process: submitting, validating and executing their own ideas. Bottom-up innovation should focus on gathering customer data, implementing promising ideas and killing ideas without potential early, fast and cheap. Learn how to unleash the full potential of your employees and turn them into the CEOs of their ideas!
About the speaker
Selected as one of 100 #DigitalShapers of Switzerland, Dave is Co-Founder & CEO at rready, that offers SaaS-products to enable large enterprises to launch and scale employee driven innovation programs with KICKBOX. Previously he worked 7 years in corporate innovation, founded twice and worked for startups in Zurich and Berlin. He holds a Master degree in Business Administration from the University of St.Gallen with focus on Entrepreneurship and Marketing and a Design Thinking degree from the University of Technology in Sydney. Beside his job, David is teaching entrepreneurship at ETH Zurich.
