Previously he specialized in building startups as a service as Equity Partner with the leading venture builder Bridgemaker in Berlin and Dubai. He launched and scaled his own startup Zageno in Boston which has become the world’s leading biotech marketplace currently valued at more than 300M USD. Together with academic experts in entrepreneurship Kilian regularly publishes papers on venture building, scaling and corporate innovation.
