About the session
As with all innovation efforts, the road to success starts with a proper strategy and a supporting organizational setup or structure to execute upon that strategy. What are the main elements to keep in mind? How is this different for sustainability innovation versus 'regular' innovation? We'll hear from two senior sustainability innovation leaders about their journey so far, as well as lessons learned along the way.
