Selected as one of 100 #DigitalShapers of Switzerland, Dave is Co-Founder & CEO at rready, that offers SaaS-products to enable large enterprises to launch and scale employee driven innovation programs with KICKBOX. Previously he worked 7 years in corporate innovation, founded twice and worked for startups in Zurich and Berlin. He holds a Master degree in Business Administration from the University of St.Gallen with focus on Entrepreneurship and Marketing and a Design Thinking degree from the University of Technology in Sydney. Beside his job, David is teaching entrepreneurship at ETH Zurich. As Account Executive at rready André is responsible for the Swiss market. He has many years of experience in marketing, customer experience management and market research and has worked for large corporates as well as market research institutes, digital agencies and consultancies. During that time, he supported strategic initiatives and innovation projects as a consultant and key account manager in various industries. Before joining rready, André served Swiss clients as Key Account Manager at the Swiss SaaS platform, TestingTime.
