Selected as one of 100 #DigitalShapers of Switzerland, Dave is Co-Founder & CEO at rready, that offers SaaS-products to enable large enterprises to launch and scale employee driven innovation programs with KICKBOX. Previously he worked 7 years in corporate innovation, founded twice and worked for startups in Zurich and Berlin. He holds a Master degree in Business Administration from the University of St.Gallen with focus on Entrepreneurship and Marketing and a Design Thinking degree from the University of Technology in Sydney. Beside his job, David is teaching entrepreneurship at ETH Zurich.

Tizian is an SDR at rready, responsible for outreach. His background is mostly in small and dynamic teams that live and breath creativity, agility and responsibility. This saw him move to rready, applying these principles to help large organizations uncover the vast untapped potential that lies within any companies greatest asset - its employees.
