About the session
Large corporates have always struggled to create businesses ground up. Most of the traditional organizations do not have a zero to one mindset. In today's ever changing landscape, there is a need for companies to constantly re-invent itself. It is important that a structured approach is put in place to create new businesses that are strategically aligned, while these businesses are shielded from the bureaucracy and the red tape of a large organization. This session will address the structure, organization, talent and financial model needed to create an internal incubator to help create a portfolio of new ventures.
