When leading innovation in a large organization, many “how to …” questions pop up every single day. They all need urgent attention in order to get your project or initiative to succeed, but where to start and what to do?
Within Innov8rs Community we’ve witnessed all the time, how powerful it is to leverage the collective brainpower of peers to address issues, solve challenges and find answers.
That’s why we’re again hosting our yearly Unconference program, welcoming a curated group corporate innovators from the same industry, in a similar role, and working on the same topic.
The program is designed for you to tap into their expertise and experience of your fellow innovators to make progress towards your goals. Indeed, like a newfound magic superpower...
You bring your burning "how to" questions. In two focused working sessions, you’ll get input and insights from your peers to have them addressed, answered and actioned.
With the first half of the year almost over, it’s the perfect time to check some items off your list.
Here's how it works.
You'll be part a group of peers from the same industry, in a similar role, or working on the same topic.
Since Innov8rs Unconference is all about peer to peer knowledge sharing and collaboration, we designed the program for 9 specific groups of corporate innovators.
You need to meet the criteria for at least 1 group, but you could possibly join up to 3 groups: 1 industry group, 1 role group, and 1 topic group, as they meet on different timeslots (see below).
If you're not sure you qualify for a group, let us know in the application and we'll come back to you.
You'll join two working sessions for facilitated knowledge sharing.
Each group meets for 2 x 75 min working sessions. Prior to session 1, you share the questions you would like to address, and topic(s) you would like to discuss.
In session 1, the group first prioritizes the questions/topics and vote what they'll focus on. Then, the group will have several facilitated (small-group) peer to peer discussions, working through the list of questions/topics.
In session 2, the conversations continue, checking off more items from the list of questions/topics. The group concludes capturing takeaways, sharing resources and defining action items and accountability loops for implementation.
Throughout, discussion facilitators and topical experts are available to support. All participants get access to access to relevant content and resources from the "Netflix of Corporate Innovation".
Also, you'll be able to engage with other participants through our community platform before, during and after the sessions.
Industry Groups
There are three "Industry" groups, welcoming corporate innovators from these industries:
- Energy / Oil & Gas
- Law Firms / Legal Services
- Pharma / Biotech
These groups have their working sessions on the following dates:
- 1 July 2024, 16:00-17:15 CEST/10-11:15am EDT/7-8:15am PDT
- 10 July 2024, 17:00-18:15 CEST/11am-12:15pm EDT/8-9:15am PDT
Role Groups
There are three "Role" groups, welcoming corporate innovators in these roles:
- Intrapreneurship / Idea Management Leads
- Open Innovation Leads
- Venture Leads/Intrapreneurs
These groups have their working sessions on the following dates:
- 3 July 2024, 17:00-18:15 CEST/11am-12:15pm EDT/8-9:15am PDT
- 11 July 2024, 16:00-17:15 CEST/10-11:15am EDT/7-8:15am PDT
Topic Groups
There are three "Topic" groups, welcoming corporate innovators working on these topics:

- Innovation Culture
- Business Design
These groups have their working sessions on the following dates:
