Dive into the "what" and "how" for innovation management with The Innovator's Handbook 2023
Given the high levels of uncertainty both internally and externally, looking at the year ahead, what should we focus on?
What’s the best approach for getting results in the short term, whilst staying course for the long term? How can we execute our innovation strategy, even if resources are tight and support from leadership fades? How can we optimize our day to day even further?
You’ll find answers to those questions in this handbook, and much more. You'll learn from experts such as Rita McGrath, Dan Toma & Esther Gons, Frank Mattes, David Schontahl, Ben Yoskovitz and Andrew Binns, as well as from innovation leaders from companies such as Solvay, AB Inbev, Bosch, Goodyear, Siemens Energy, DLA Piper and many others.
