Becoming a Rebel in Your Organization

Pim de Morree

Co-founder at Corporate Rebels

as recording during on 24 June 2021 as part of Innov8rs Connect Unconference.

Four years ago, Joost Minnaar and Pim de Morree gave up promising careers. Frustrated with the slow, boring corporate world, they were determined to find and study organizations that could make work fun. They called themselves The Corporate Rebels.

Today, after interviewing more than 100 of the world's best thinkers and doers, the Rebels share their radical vision of how we can work better, more successfully and, above all, have more fun.

In this session, Pim explored how you can build a workplace you love, how to radically redesign your organizational structure and finally, how to unleash a revolution inside your company. Pim shared inspiration from pioneers around the world and translate it into tangible actions for you, your team, and your organization.

About the speaker

Pim de Morree co-founded Corporate Rebels after saying goodbye to a frustrating corporate job. That was three years after finishing his studies in Industrial Engineering and Management Science and Innovation Management at the Eindhoven University of Technology.

Besides travelling the world to research progressive organizations, he writes for the Corporate Rebels blog, advises companies, and gives keynote presentations to inspire organizations to radically change the way they work. Together with the rest of the Corporate Rebels team, he supports the growth of a global movement to make work more fun.
