How to Build an Innovative Culture

Innovative cultures are paradoxical in nature and require a balance of several elements, as we discussed in this session.

The first step is to measure the current tension between the various elements to find the critical unbalances and why they happen. Based on these findings, leaders at various levels of the organization need to define a new social contract clarifying behaviors to stop, keep or start doing.

The final step is to ensure that leaders commit to the new behaviors by monitoring and measuring the change.
