Empowering people (employees) to connect to their own genius & passion and drive breakthrough innovation in an agile, customer-centric way. - Siemens has created its Intrapreneurship program called "Intrapreneurs Bootcamp" already in 2016.

The goal of the Intrapreneurs Bootcamp is to create a fertile space for corporate doers, to identify them and let them grow resilience and foster a entrepreneurial culture of innovation, empowerment and ownership. During this program the intrapreneurs generate new products or services for our customers and develop innovation leadership skills and the ability to leverage the advatages of the corporations global internal and external ecosystem the be faster and more efficient creating their internal startups.

Christoph will shared insights on the impact it creates for the participants and the corporation and how he and his team have pivoted their intrapreneurship program in pandemic times to a fully virtual format.

About the speaker

Christoph Krois is a Senior Innovation Manager and intrapreneur at Siemens Technology. He is responsible for the Open Innovation program, founder of the Siemens Innovation Ecosystem and Co-Founder of the Siemens Intrapreneurship program. With a degree in electrical engineering and an MBA from TU Munich he has collected broad experience in his professional career in different positions from R&D, consulting to business responsibility in various industries. He found his purpose: drive innovation as intrapreneur, creating a trusted borderless and global home for innovators to create impact that matters.
