Selecting The Right Instrument - A New Framework-IHB23

Dirk Ploss

Senior Innovation Manager at Beiersdorf AG

as recorded on 12 May 2022 as part of Innov8rs Unconference

When it's clear where or what companies should innovate, they all come to a certain point where the decision about the HOW has to be made. With the ISF (Instrument Selection Framework) this can be done simply by looking at three different factors (type, time & topology). In his presentation, Dirk will explain the framework, how to adapt and integrate it, and how to use it. Using the ISF, innovators will always know exactly which of the 12 basic innovation instruments will be best.
