Marco has been a trainer and business consultant since 1997, Managing Director of BTS Design Innovation and Head of Innovation Practice at BTS Italy and Vice President of BTS (Italy and UAE). He is an expert in the innovation and sales area working with companies in different industry: Ferrari, Gucci, Assicurazioni Generali, Sumitomo, Coesia, SCM, Lamborghini, FCA, Luxottica, Leroy Merlin, Artsana, Unicredit, Enel, Nokia, Electrolux, Eni, Tenaris, Pirelli, Coesia, Microsoft , Clear Channel, Philip Morris International, Starbucks, BD, Abu Dhabi School of Government, Mastercard, CRB Intercos, Starbucks, Sony, FedEx, Edmond De Rothschild, Banca Intesa San Paolo, Stevanato Group. He designs and delivers training and execution programs in innovation, sales and leadership practices (in Italy also internal communication and engagement projects). He deals with product and service innovation projects and consulting in BTS Design Innovation. It is part of the innovation core team BTS global.
