About the session

When starting your innovation attempts in a big company you need to understand the why and what kind of leadership support you really have. After figuring out these building blocks you need to understand the companies "innovation capacity" internally, mapping the areas of tensions, politics and intrinsic motivation to innovate. No matter what your goal is, there are different approaches for corporate venturing. Inn this session you'll find which one to choose and how to avoid to get stuck and eaten up- as well when it is probably better to pull back or don't even start, in unefficient use of good energy and mental health.
