A community of peers to learn from and collaborate with.
Leading innovation in large organizations can feel like being on an island… But you don’t need to go alone.
From implementing incremental improvements for existing products and services, to launching new business models and building disruptive ventures, corporate innovators are responsible for creating new value, resulting in top and/or bottom-line growth. That’s easier said than done. Innovation sounds sexy and glamorous, but as we all know- in reality, it isn’t.
Corporate innovators face many challenges. By becoming a member of Innov8rs Community, they now have access to different support formats to collaboratively solve those challenges.
We offer you the space to safely discuss crucial moves and critical decisions with others facing similar challenges and chasing similar goals. You’ll learn new methods, frameworks and tools, and benchmark your approach. As a community member, you can engage in different ways to tap into the experience and expertise of others.
"We had over 10 consultants sharing their advise, but none of that was helpful. In just one session we got exactly the input and feedback we needed to move forward with our project."
"Thank you! The feedback I got made me realize we were on the wrong course. This 1 hour discussion saved me months of wasted time (and a few hundred thousands in budget too!)"
Because of the support available, members have reported saving substantial money on consultancy fees, as they get the feedback and input they need from peers directly.
Some members saved considerable time learning from the mistakes other made that let them to stop or kill projects earlier. Also, because of the learnings and insights from the sessions and connections, the odds of success for their projects and programs have increased drastically.

Here's how it works.
Your membership experience is personalized to you, providing you with targeted content, in-depth conversations and relevant connections.
Just like there is no silver bullet to corporate innovation, we believe offering “one size fits all” support would not be any helpful.
The membership offers dedicated support in three pillars, as outlined below.
1 – Work on your challenges
In your day to day, trying to reach your goals, many questions and challenges pop up. What to focus on, how to do this (better) (faster), and how are others approaching this issue?
✔️ Host a Challenge Call to benchmark your performance and compare your approach with selected peers invited because of their experience on the topic, sharing ‘the good, the bad and the ugly’ with you only.
✔️ Connect with other members in a similar role in your “Community Circle” to discuss relevant topics, ask for help and share learnings. With your group, meet for monthly mastermind calls called “Peer Pods”.
✔️ Get peer support and expert guidance in the “Deep Dives”, working groups with other members to address shared challenges.
We’ve seen these formats to be highly effective for our members. Because one insight, one a-ha moment can make all the difference.
"Innov8rs is the only place were corporate innovators and intrapreneurs get vulnerable and real about the challenges facing disruptors today and work together on creating breakthrough opportunities."
2 - Ongoing professional development
With so much change happening so fast, you have to keep innovating how you innovate.
✔️ Join topical workshops “Learning Labs” covering the best and latest in corporate innovation, as well as “Spark Sessions” for expert talks, case study talks, roundtables and other formats to stay on top of what’s happening across industries.
✔️ Access on-demand 800+ hours of video content on our platform, plus curated resources from other sources, like the Netflix of Corporate Innovation… your MBA in Innovation Management.
✔️ Work with K8, the AI-powered Innov8rs Companion to get tailored guidance or a personal learning plan with learning modules and practical resources.
"Wow, the content is so rich. This is like an MBA in innovation management!"

From Portfolio to Payoff: Why Innovation Needs Both Volume and Ruthless Prioritization
Most corporations make one of two mistakes: they place a single giant bet on the “”best”” idea and pray, or they spread resources thin across a dozen half-funded ventures and wonder why nothing breaks through. Neither works.
The answer is a third way: systematically generate volume, measure ruthlessly, and concentrate resources on the ventures that earn it.
This session with Ben Yoskovitz walks you through a practical framework for building and pruning an innovation portfolio — from why you need more bets than you think, to how to identify your winners early, to what it actually takes to double down and win.

Designing Your Innovation Team Like a Startup
Most innovation teams aren’t designed — they’re assembled. The result? Misaligned expectations, unclear value, and operating models that don’t survive first contact with reality.
Startups don’t get their model right first time — they test, learn, and iterate. Your innovation team should work the same way. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll use the Innovation Team Model Canvas to map your team’s operating model, expose untested assumptions, and pressure-test whether your activities, resources, and partnerships add up within your budget.
You’ll leave with a first-draft canvas and a concrete next step to test your biggest uncertainty within two weeks.

Unreachable: How not to Lose Your Mind with AI
In this latest book UNREACHABLE: How NOT to Lose Your Mind with AI, innovation and AI thought leader Mohan Nair delivers a bold blueprint for thriving in the age of generative artificial intelligence without sacrificing the very traits that make us human.
In this session, Nair will dissect the phenomenon he calls AI-Obsession —the mind’s unhealthy over-reliance on artificial intelligence—and its dangerous side effect: cognitive atrophy. He invites you to bypass both AI-fear and AI-dependence, instead cultivating the capacity to be Insight-powered and AI-enabled.
Join the session to get Mohan’s actionable strategies to strengthen human resilience, elevate problem-solving capacity, and stay Unreachable—not in the sense of isolation, but in achieving a depth of thought and creativity that AI alone cannot replicate.

The Atomic Unit of Innovation: Why Entrepreneurs Build the Future and Corporations Struggle
Why do corporations with billions in R&D and the best processes still get disrupted by startups with a fraction of the resources? Alloy’s Elliott Parker argues that innovation is not a cultural problem, but a problem of physics: a structural incompatibility between the corporate environment and the immutable “”atomic unit”” of breakthrough innovation: an entrepreneur in a startup.
Join this session for a fireside chat with Elliot, and discover why the incentives, governance, and time horizons required for world-changing inventions are precisely what large organizations are engineered to destroy. Learn the structural reasons your innovation efforts fail and the one critical shift corporations can make to build the future. Hint: it’s more about accessing the atomic unit of innovation than trying to create it inside.

Making Open Innovation Work
Why do so many open innovation initiatives die within three years?
Join this Learning Lab with Dr. Diana Joseph, co-author of Open Innovation Works to look at three common reasons, and tools you can use to address them:
1 – Internal mis-alignment — key stakeholders don’t know what to expect, or worse yet, hate what’s coming their way.
2 – Choosing the wrong partnership practice for your organization’s needs- corporate incubators won’t maximize learning, POCs won’t maximize visibility, etc.
3 – Misunderstanding crucial tactical and operational distinctions for corporate partnership.
Besides exploring these common issues, three members are invited to jump on the hotseat and bring their open innovation question/challenge , to get direct guidance from Diana (and all three selected members will receive a copy of the new book Open Innovation Works).
If you’d like to be one of three members working directly with Diana, email community@innov8rs.co with your open innovation question/challenge.

Innovation Without ROI: How to Demonstrate Your Program Is Working?
Innovation leaders are often asked the same question: “What’s the ROI?”— long before innovation can realistically produce revenue.
In this hands-on session with fellow member Hismael Doval, we will explore how to demonstrate that an innovation program is performing well before financial results exist.
You will learn how to show progress, reduce uncertainty, and govern effectively early-stage innovation. A practical perspective for innovation teams navigating the ROI paradox.

The Orchestration Gap: Why AI-Powered Innovation Stalls Between Generation and Judgment
Every organization in this room is generating more ideas, faster, than at any point in its history. Many are deploying AI agents to do it. Almost none have built the infrastructure to route what they produce. The result is a new species of innovation theater: high volume, low throughput, expensive stagnation dressed up as experimentation.
This session with Microsoft’s Taylor Black introduces ideaflow—the organizational throughput of ideas from generation through testing to strategic routing—as the framework that separates AI-accelerated innovation from AI-accelerated noise. Drawing from venture studio practice across seven institutional contexts, we’ll examine why orchestration, not just generation, is now the competitive surface, and why human judgment at the routing layer is the capability most organizations are failing to invest in.
You will learn a practical framework for organizational ideaflow so that you can use AI to accelerate innovation without outsourcing the judgment that matters most.
Three takeaways:
– When generation is free, the bottleneck moves to curation and routing—and most organizations haven’t moved with it
– Agent sprawl is idea sprawl at machine speed: the same structural failure, compounding faster
– Taste—knowing what’s good, what’s ready, and where it belongs—is the durable competitive advantage in an AI-native innovation portfolio.

Why Innovating With Israel In Different (And How To Make It Work)
Israel is one of the world’s most powerful innovation ecosystems, yet many corporates struggle to translate access into real business impact.
The session focuses on the particularity of the Startup Nation, practical engagement models and tips, and execution realities that drive whether innovation initiatives succeed or not.

In this session, Jennifer and Jessica from Tech It Forward- an Israel-based open innovation and technology scouting company- share practical lessons from ten years operating on the ground in Israel with global corporates across industries.
They explore what makes the Israeli ecosystem fundamentally different, why traditional open-innovation approaches often fall short, and which organizational enablers are required to move at ecosystem speed.

From Alignment to Action: The Leadership Shift Required to Unlock Real Growth from Innovation
Let’s be honest.
Most innovation in large companies doesn’t fail because of bad ideas.
It fails because the organization is built to protect the status quo.
More workshops. More frameworks. More alignment.
And still—no real growth.
The uncomfortable truth?
Moving beyond average performance is not a strategy problem. It is a leadership capability problem. In this session, Misha de Sterke, author of the new book ‘The Death of Average – How Leaders Drive 10xGrowth’, will confront what actually holds innovation back inside large organizations. Because 10x growth doesn’t come from better processes.
It comes from leaders who are willing to make bold choices, empower real ownership, create learning cultures, demand accountability—and, most importantly, challenge themselves.
Most organizations optimize stability. But innovation demands something far more uncomfortable. It demands leaders who are willing to embrace uncertainty, tension, and responsibility—rather than manage them away.
So the real question is:
Are you here to improve the system…
or to fundamentally challenge it?
This session will challenge how you think about growth, leadership, and your own role in making it happen.

Bringing innovators together since 2011.
When I was a corporate innovator myself, I had many moments I wished I could call other innovators to discuss how they were dealing with the many challenges they were facing, and to exchange what approach they were taking to get results. A place where “innovators” meet however, didn’t exist… so that’s what I set out to build after I left the corporate role. Bringing corporate innovators together to learn form each other, in order to be more effective in their roles.
Since 2011, we’ve hosted 35+ conferences in 35+ cities around the world, from Singapore to San Francisco and Sydney to Stockholm- most recently, in London, Amsterdam, Zurich, Austin, Lisbon, LA, Milan, Phoenix and Berlin. Our conferences have always been designed for diversity, action and collaboration, welcoming typically 200+ participants from across industries.
Since 2017, we’re also hosting online sessions our “glocal” tribe asked us if we could facilitate knowledge sharing and peer to peer interaction after our in-person conferences. Now, our main offer is the Innov8rs Community membership, your best support resource to learn new approaches, solve challenges and improve outcomes.
If you’re leading or doing innovation in large organizations, you’ll find great value in joining the community.
See you soon!
