As a leader in yogurt and plant-based foods and beverages, we’ll share how taking a consumer-driven approach helped organize the Danone North America yogurt portfolio and focus our investments by aligning them to demand. This led to the tightening of innovation and renovation guardrails across the portfolio and supported the relaunch of one of our major brands.
Prior to joining Danone North America, Agathe spent 20 years in strategic consulting, working with clients seeking new models for growth, developing demand-led brand and innovation strategies and leading teams through change. Her experience spans a variety of industries, with a particular emphasis on the food & beverage sector. Today, at Danone, Agathe leads Enterprise Innovation, with a focus on portfolio development and long-range innovation.
Liz is a 20 year insights professional who strives to help brands connect with their consumers, anticipate future trends and drive brand equity. Throughout her career, Liz has worked across the beauty and food segments working at companies like L’Oreal USA and Danone North America driving insights for major brands such as L’Oreal, Maybelline, Garnier, SILK, Oikos, & Light & Fit. Today, at Danone, Liz leads the Strategy & Insights team in their Yogurt Business Unit.
