Is your innovation bringing incremental growth to your portfolio? Are you focusing your innovation efforts where it matters? Have recent launches led to a sea of sameness across your portfolio of brands, with little differentiation between new product introductions?

As a leader in yogurt and plant-based foods and beverages, we’ll share how taking a consumer-driven approach helped organize the Danone North America yogurt portfolio and focus our investments by aligning them to demand. This led to the tightening of innovation and renovation guardrails across the portfolio and supported the relaunch of one of our major brands.
