Siemens Energy launched the bottom up KICKBOX Innovation Program 1.5 years ago. Starting with a roll out at a few chosen locations before scaling it to a global rollout . In this Session you will get insights on how Siemens Energy scales up the KICKBOX Program and runs it across the globe: What where the biggest challenges? What are key points you should be aware when running KICKBOX on such a big scale? What where the biggest success stories? What are the key stakeholders and how is it possible to create a shared understanding about key innovation metrics.
Tatiana Londono provided insights from a Siemens Energy perspective and Reto Wenger, founder and CEO of rready, who provided the perspective of the KICKBOX facilitater.
Reto is Co-Founder & COO at rready, a startup that is offering turnkey SaaS products to launch, manage and automate employee driven innovation programs within large organizations. Before rready, Reto created and managed an intrapreneurship program for 6’000 employees in a global telco company and co-founded a Swiss health and fitness subscription startup. He holds a master in business innovation from the University of St Gallen (HSG) and knows innovation methods by heart.
Tatiana co-founded and built the internal innovation program in Siemens Energy with the goal of accelerating growth and digitalization through innovation. She is responsible for overseeing the initial creation and global expansion of the program including its structure, governance and processes, as well as for managing an expanding portfolio of Horizon 1, 2, and 3 early stage teams (~10 new internal startups per quarter).
