About the session
Fellow member Peter is responsible for improving the innovation pipeline within a large fashion retailer. There is currently no coherent and consistant company-wide approach to innovation; there are many teams and individuals “doing” innovation, but each in their own way. To improve overall performance, a first step is to map and build the internal ecosystem without giving the impression that authority and power is taken away.
In this roundtable, Emanuele Colonnella (Generali) will share his feedback with Peter about this topic. Feel free to join and contribute/listen in as well.
