Built to Innovate

Ben Bensaou

Author of Built to Innovate and Professor of Technology Management at INSEAD

as recorded on 12 May 2022 as part of Innov8rs Unconference

Often, people equate innovation with a new blockbuster product or a disruptive business model. Many think you need a genius leader or to be a start up to innovate. But that's not true. In his research, Professor of Technology Management at INSEAD Ben M. Bensaou found that many established companies are perfectly capable to innovate. They don’t look for huge, industry changing effects, but for small and important changes in unexpected places. They use continuous innovation, innovation of all kinds and driven by everyone. In his session, we'll discuss how established companies can embed continuous innovation using a systematic approach.
