Peter has made a lot of mistakes over my career, and he is thankful for that. In this session Peter will share his personal and professional journey from entering the workforce 25 years ago to present day and how this experience, coupled with a new-found perspective on self and innovation, is empowering him to architect the foundation of the corporate exploration ecosystem needed to drive transformational growth for the Fabrics Division at W. L. Gore & Associates. He will detail key lessons from his storied experiences where he believe they got it wrong and how these experiences are shaping an inclusive, people first innovation ecosystem.
