Let's face it - most internal innovation labs, programs and initiatives aren't getting the results they were supposed to deliver. And if you look at the context, design and execution of all these efforts it's almost logical that they aren't coming to fruition, simply because the corporate environment isn't supportive.
Yet there is hope for innovation to finally pay off- if you have the guts to do things radically differently. We heard from Christian Lindener how he beliefs we can get on track for achieving all those moonshots we were after.
