Co-Founders at rready

as recorded on 26 October 2021 as part of Innov8rs Connect on Foresight & Business Design

Innovation thrives on anarchy (the good kind). KICKBOX works bottom-up by tapping into the distributed knowledge of your employees. They get feedback from customers and know your daily processes best.

The main goals of the program are:

...to create new products and services. This will also brand your company as innovative for customers, investors and employees.

... to educate your employees on the nonlinear innovation process and creating a lasting innovation culture is crucial.

... to make employee innovation visible across your company and onboard all the different stakeholders. Doing so while reduce administrative work with an automated innovation project workflow

In this talk we heard how rready engages employees by unleashing their ambition and creativity and releasing their intrapreneurial power directly from two founders of the program.
