Valentina Contini is an an experienced mobility engineer working at the intersection of innovation, foresight and strategic design. Circular and regenerative design are becoming more and more the focus of her work and research, together with different aspects of behavioral design (e.g. gamification). What is Valentina's desirable future? A hi-tech solarpunk future where we beat climate change, regenerate our planet and learn to live in harmony with it and all other living creatures.
Dr. Tassilo Henike is an expert on facilitating future-oriented decision-making and holds an encyclopedic knowledge of systematic innovation management and methodology. He is passionate about building innovation capabilities to help solve future-relevant problems and create tangible value for organizations and society. Tassilo brings with him extensive cross-industry experience in automotive, defense, manufacturing, and mechanical and process engineering.
Tassilo holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from TU Berlin and Ph.D. in Innovation Management from the University of Potsdam where his research examined the relationship between cognitive processes and business model innovation. With an innate knack for explaining complex topics and providing practical guidance, Tassilo also taught courses on technology and innovation management and entrepreneurship at the University of Potsdam, TU Berlin, and Aarhus University.
