About the speaker

AJ Hidalgo is an independent business advisor working with leaders seeking to grow their businesses, themselves and their teams. He operates at the intersection between innovation, leadership and growth, where transformational business impact comes from.
For over 25 years, he has led innovation and marketing in world-class companies like Philips, Procter & Gamble and MARS in the UK, Europe, the USA, China, Singapore and Japan, reaching senior Board-Level Executive positions. His latest posting was as CTO and CMO at Philips Consumer Electronics. He has a PhD in Cellular & Molecular Biology and a Master in Life Science and has received his business education from IMD, MIT, LBS and CCL.

Today, he works with leading companies in Consumer Health, Medical Products, Medical Devices, Consumer Electronics, Personal and Domestic Appliances, Food, Consumer Goods, FMCG, Data Analytics, Industrial Equipment and Travel Tech and sits in some of their Business Boards as NED or External Strategic Advisor.

Chris Henderson is the Global Senior Director of Digital Health at Smith + Nephew, a leading international medical technology company. Chris is responsible for the creation, development and execution of global digital health strategies and leading associated internal and external innovation programmes. He has also worked in a range of public and private sector organisations in areas such as business and market intelligence, data strategy and population research
Chris has a passion for digital health and its role in evolving healthcare systems, practices and outcomes for a better future and a healthier planet.

Jennifer Lindsey is the Vice President of Global Marketing for Corbion, an industry leader in food safety, freshness, and stabilization solutions in many of the foods we all enjoy and share. Jennifer brings 30 years of international strategy development, product development, and marketing experience in the areas of food ingredients, supplements, and products for humans and companion animals. With a scientific background in Food Science and Biochemistry Jennifer is able to translate science into the “so what?”, otherwise known as commercial differentiation.

Prior to joining Corbion, Jennifer was the Vice President of Global Marketing for Parnell, a fully integrated pharmaceutical company specializing in animal health. She also held positions as Global Lead – Strategic Planning & Product Marketing for the Health division of DuPont Nutrition and Health, as well as the position of Director of Marketing for the NAFTA region, commercial lead positions in Product Management, Global Industry Management, and technical lead positions in Product Development and Sensory science.
Jennifer has a BS in Food Science & Human Nutrition with emphasis in Sensory Science and Bio Chemistry from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
