Many of the things that we as corporate innovators associate with strength points have a flip-side. This is based on the notion that most people in charge in large organizations focus too much on day-to-day activities.

The result is an invisible ceiling on career development for corporate innovators. To break that, you have to focus on what makes you a formidable asset in more generic, corporate ways.
