About the speaker

Jan Paul Grollé started his career in the early nineties working for Reed Elsevier, one of the world’s biggest publishers, right from the moment the internet started changing everything. Played his part in transforming the business to digital, from intrapreneur up to senior executive level. He’s fascinated by all that’s involved in getting results from innovation.
Now primarily coaching and training leaders of startups and scale-ups, and facilitating collaborations with bigger companies. As Head of Research for Scoutely, Jan Paul’s aim is to provide best practices based on real experience and data.
