The rapidly changing environment and consumer preferences require that companies continue to innovate and transform to stay relevant and competitive.

Yet, such transformational change cannot occur in a vacuum. It requires strong visionary and transformational leaders. Such leadership qualities are in high demand, command high premiums and will remain so for the foreseeable future.

Given the high demand for transformational leaders, it begs the question – do you consider yourself to be a transformational leader? What qualities do such leaders possess and how can you develop such skills to enable you to be a highly adaptable leader who can drive transformational change?
