About the speaker

Laura Delizonna, PhD is a Stanford Continuing Studies instructor, international speaker, author, and executive coach with an expertise in psychological safety, leadership effectiveness, high performing teams, and life optimization. She delivers practical, interactive, science-based trainings and inspiring keynotes. Laura has presented to business leaders, government officials, and public audiences in 20+ countries. She works with innovative leaders to shape their company’s culture, including Google, Facebook, Accenture, McKinsey, Uber, Hewlett-Packard, LinkedIn, and Disney.

Laura co-authored four books including Enhancing Emotional Intelligence, Mindful Leaders, Thrive, and Mindful. Her article on high performing teams was published in Harvard Business Review made the top 3 articles in 2019 in all of HBR and has over 1 million views. She was trained at Stanford, Boston University, and Harvard.
