as recorded on 23 June 2021 as part of Innov8rs Connect Unconference

Innovation for innovation’s sake does not benefit anybody. Can we measure innovation? How? To be effective, innovation needs to add value to the company. It needs to increase revenues and efficiencies or cut costs. Upskilling employees with a learning-by-doing approach enables them to apply leadership and innovation skills directly in their projects and add demonstrable value to their company.
