As corporate executives who've fought through the ugly trenches of power transition in mature companies that need to change (but won't), Greg Larkin and Stephanie Trunzo provided their unique perspectives on the entrepreneurial traits needed to shift corporate culture.
They discussed some of the common obstructionist archetypes you might encounter as a change agent - or, as someone already in a seat of power, you might find them describing you. They provided some actionable ways to empower the disruptors that inevitably already sit inside your business.
Greg Larkin is a global authority on entrepreneurial transformations in large organizations. He is a transformation advisor to Uber, Google, PWC, Booz Allen Hamilton, SAIC and other large organizations. From 2010-2015 he was the Global Head of New Product Innovation at Bloomberg. In 2020, Greg founded Punks & Pinstripes, a global coalition of intrapreneurs, entrepreneurs and punks. His first book, This Might Get Me Fired, was a business best-seller in six countries. In 2006, Greg was the first person to publicly predict the subprime financial crisis.
