In this session, Paulo focused on Business Model Innovation and Value Proposition innovation using the Lego Serious Play (LSP) method both in physical and virtual environments. The LSP method allows for multiple stockholders’ engagement, enabling each to express their point of view and priorities. It also allows us to build shared models to foster collaboration and commitment.
