Despite a growing number of Corporate innovation hubs in recent years, many hubs fail to deliver. By understanding the causes and consequences of not-invented-here and not-sold-here problems, and applying the right mitigating mechanisms, to proactively prevent tensions and misunderstandings among collaborating organizations – corporate innovation hubs can become more than just innovation theatres.
